This article recaps the first session of the Growbotik Breakthrough Bootcamp, led by Alex from Prospecting On Demand. The session establishes the foundational mindset for success, introduces a reverse-engineering math framework for revenue goals, and provides five immediate outreach angles with live execution — all designed to move members from paralysis to action in their first 48 hours.
Growbotik has solved fulfillment. The platform handles delivery, optimization, and client management. The remaining gap for most members is prospecting and sales — specifically, booking enough quality sales calls to hit revenue goals.
"The gap isn't necessarily what you know, it's what you do."
Most members are not resistant to work; they are stuck due to:
Time constraints (full-time jobs, caregiving)
Emotional barriers (fear of rejection, credibility concerns, not feeling "ready")
Lack of clarity on the exact next step
The Bootcamp exists to close this action gap through accountability, proven frameworks, and live execution.
Element | Description |
Proven frameworks | Scripts, templates, and strategies tested across 1,500+ agency owners |
Live feedback | Real-time script review and objection handling |
Accountability | Biweekly check-ins to ensure execution, not just attendance |
Live calling | The team calls your actual prospects on your behalf to demonstrate technique |
Show up to sessions (Mondays & Fridays, 2:00 PM Eastern)
Do the work between calls (send messages, make calls, track results)
Be honest about where you're stuck — no bad questions, only unasked ones
"Progress, not perfection."
Every agency comes down to four elements. Growbotik has already handled two:
Lever | Your Responsibility? | Status |
Offer | Partially — Growbotik provides packages; you price and position | ✅ Supported |
Fulfillment | No — Growbotik executes entirely | ✅ Handled |
Prospecting | Yes — How you book sales calls | 🎯 Bootcamp Focus |
Sales | Yes — How you close deals on those calls | 🎯 Bootcamp Focus |
Success is mechanical once you know your numbers:
If you want to add $10,000/month in revenue:
At $2,000/month per client → you need 5 clients
At 25% close rate → you need 20 sales calls
At 5 calls/week → you hit your goal in 4 weeks
"Success becomes mechanical. There is no more hoping for sales because there's only three levers: price, volume, and close rate."
Minimum viable targets:
Ultimate goal: 1 quality sales call per day (~22–25/month)
Minimum acceptable: 2–3 sales calls per week (~10–13/month)
At 20–25% close rate, this yields 2–3 new clients per month
Alex provided a live document (available as Google Doc and PDF) to reverse-engineer your specific goal. Fill in each field:
Field | What to Enter | Example |
Monthly Revenue Goal | Top-line revenue you want to add | $10,000 |
Why | The emotional driver (vacation, debt freedom, hiring help) | "Take family to Disney" |
Average Client Value | Monthly retainer or subscription value | $2,000 |
Clients Needed | Goal ÷ Client value | 5 |
Close Rate | Be conservative if unsure | 20% |
Sales Calls Needed | Clients needed ÷ Close rate | 25 calls |
Realistic Calls/Week | Based on your current capacity | 3 |
Weeks to Goal | Calls needed ÷ Calls per week | ~8 weeks |
Critical insight: If the timeline feels too long, you have three levers to pull: raise your price, improve your close rate, or increase outreach volume.
Before any scripts or tactics, Alex introduced the concept of "cards" — shared connections or contexts that give you natural entry points to conversations.
Card Type | Examples |
Community | Religious congregation, alumni network, neighborhood |
Identity | Ethnic/cultural background, generation (millennial, boomer), parenthood |
Interests | Sports team, hobby, gym, club membership |
Professional | Past clients, coworkers, vendors, industry groups |
Digital | LinkedIn connections, Facebook groups, Slack/Discord communities |
Local | Chamber of Commerce, BNI, kid's school, local business associations |
"You don't need a full house. You just need one card in common with the other person."
Alex's origin story: His first client came from his temple community. His next clients came from a rabbi's mention in the weekly newsletter. Personal network outreach is how most agencies start.
Action: Write down at least 5 cards you currently hold. These are your starting points for outreach.
Alex provided five specific angles to break through procrastination and send messages today. These are not "perfect" templates — they are "good enough" templates to get you moving.
For: Anyone who said "circle back after summer" or "Q3/Q4"
Template:
Hey [Name], as promised, I'm circling back this quarter to tackle [specific pain point]. Before year-end, are you free [date/time] for a quick 15-minute chat?
Example:
Hey Chris, as promised, I'm circling back this quarter to talk about generating more leads for your roofing business. Are you free Friday at 3:00 PM for 15 minutes?
Key insight: "Money is made in the follow-up." The only way to know if you're bothering someone is if they tell you. Silence is not rejection.
For: Prospects who posted 2026 goals or anyone you haven't checked in with
Template:
Hey [Name], how's 2026 actually shaping up for you? Where did things land versus where you wanted to be right now? There is still time this year to make it count, but the window is tightening. I'm helping clients close the gap before year-end and I'd love to help you too.
How to find prospects: Search "2026 goals" or "2025 year in review" on Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram. People publicly share their ambitions — use them as conversation starters.
Psychology: Most people are behind on their goals. You are offering accountability, which is rare and valuable.
Budget Angle:
Most businesses are deciding how to spend what's left of their 2026 budget right now. Have you thought about putting some toward growth before it resets?
Market Research Angle:
Hey [Name], I'm doing some second-half market research. What are your top three priorities and biggest challenges heading into Q3/Q4? Based on what you said about [specific challenge], I have some ideas that might help. Are you open to a quick call?
Text-before-call technique:
Send a text: "Hey [Name], it's [Your Name]"
Call immediately after
iPhones often display "Maybe: [Your Name]" instead of "Spam Likely," increasing pickup rates
Double-dial technique:
Call once. If no answer or they hang up, call back immediately
Most people assume a double-call is urgent and pick up the second time
AI dialers and power dialers do not currently double-dial — this is a human advantage
Email-call combo:
Send a personalized email
Wait 2–3 hours
Call and reference it: "I sent you an email about [topic] — did you see it?"
Even if they haven't opened it, you've created a second touchpoint with context
For: Someone you haven't spoken to in a while
Template:
Hey [Name], it's been a while. I've actually leveled up in what I'm doing for my agency since we last spoke — been working with an AI-powered annual reporting tool that builds complete 12-month growth plans. I'd love your feedback on it. Open to a quick call tomorrow?
Note: The "annual reporting tool" refers to Growbotik's Impact Report/growth plan generator.
Complete your Define, Design, Do worksheet — know your exact numbers
Identify 5–10 people from your cards (network, LinkedIn, past contacts, etc.)
Pick one angle from the five above
Personalize the script and send at least one message before the session ends
Follow up with responders
Follow up with non-responders (second touch via text, call, or email)
Track results in a simple spreadsheet
Aim for 20–30 total outreach touches using your cards
Target 3–5 booked sales calls

AI is commoditizing mass cold outreach. Tools that once required grit and skill are becoming one-button operations. The advantage of "being willing to do outbound" is shifting to "being the first to do it well."
"The last half of 2026 is your runway. This is your last real shot to make outbound work before it becomes fully commoditized."
Once AI saturates email/LinkedIn outreach, the viable channels shift to:
Paid advertising (Meta, Google) — requires capital and proven offer
In-person networking — cannot be automated or commoditized
If you wait until you "feel ready" — until you know every feature of Growbotik, every objection rebuttal, every pricing detail — you will never start. The time you allot to "preparation" will expand to fill the available space.
"I would rather you do outreach, get on a sales call, have no answers, and say 'I'll get back to you' than not do outreach at all."
For live networking events, every offer should communicate three things:
"What my tool does is specifically help you get consistent leads so that you can make more money by saving time — not having to learn it yourself — so you focus on the jobs at hand. Meaning you will have predictability and confidence instead of being worried constantly about a revenue roller coaster, because you don't know where your next job is coming from. I remove that from you, and I'll show you how."
How it makes money
How it saves time
What feeling it gives / what feeling it removes
Q: Do I need an LLC to start? No. Start as a part-time side hustle. Compliance comes after revenue.
Q: What if I don't have Growbotik fully set up yet? Do outreach anyway. The deadline of an interested prospect will force you to get ready faster than preparation ever will.
Q: Can I use cold email instead of warm outreach? Yes, but warm outreach through your existing cards is faster and higher-converting for your first deals.
Q: What system should I use for calls, texts, and tracking? For now, your phone is sufficient. Scale to tools like HighLevel only after you have consistent activity.
Q: How do I handle the sales call if I'm not confident? Growbotik's sales team can join your calls via "Talk to Human." Alex will also teach you the one-call close framework in Session 4.
Q: What if I don't have anyone's phone number? Use Google, Facebook Messenger, LinkedIn, or business lines. Any channel works. The goal is to start, not to be perfect.
Principle | Action |
Success is mechanical, not magical | Know your numbers: goal, client value, close rate, calls needed |
Your network is larger than you think | List 5 cards — shared contexts that give you natural entry points |
Perfect is the enemy of done | Send one message today, even if it feels uncomfortable |
Follow-up is where money lives | Most people are behind on their goals; your reminder is a service, not a bother |
The outbound window is closing | 2026 is the last viable runway for uncommoditized cold outreach |
Borrow belief if you don't have your own | The team believes in your capability — let that carry you until results prove it |

"I welcome 1,000 problems. If I only have one problem, that means I have a health problem. If you have your health, you have a lot of wealth available to you. Welcome business challenges with open arms — they are opportunities."
